Made an appointment for 5:30, came in at 5 was sat immediately. Asked for ballerina powder dip nails and Tony was not the most helpful. My nails are all different shapes and none of them are ballerina shaped. They’re not straight on the tips and the angles on the sides are all different (even on the same nail!) Not to mention there are brush strokes in the top coat. I’m very disappointed.

Just had a Swedish massage with Stefan and it was the best massage I’ve ever had, hands down. I won’t be going to anyone else while in Norfolk!
