Jayleen is amazing! So friendly and professional. You can tell she loves what she does. Her waxing technique is thorough. I didn't think a "pleasant" wax experience was possible, but she's top notch.
Dip started lifting before two weeks, and they thought it was okay. Only offered 25% off the next set.... it should last a month at the least... do I really want to give them more of my money?

Gel manicure started peeling within four days. Contacted the salon through their website, no response. Called, there was nobody who could talk to me. Finally got ahold of them through Facebook the next day and by then it was “too late” for a refund. Didn’t even acknowledge that I tried to reach them earlier in the week. $48 wasted.
