I’ve spent years going to multiple salons and never have experienced the type of care provided here not to mention the quality work! Will definitely be back!
The only place I will go in the Hampton roads area! I’ve been going here for three years now and they never disappoint, all the employees are talented and have great customer service! They take walk-ins but be sure to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT as they do book up fast.

Everything is great! Just wish there were dryers when you get regular pedicures.
I normally love Lotus. But I got talked into the dip powder instead of gel polish on Saturday June 1 and here I am not even a week and a half later and my “polish” is pulling away and falling off. What a waste of money and time.
Asked for my nails to be soaked off b/c they did them way too thick a couple days earlier and they didn’t help me. Mind you I was very polite. Went to another nail salon and they took care of me immediately. The horrible mess Lotus Day Spa dos was soaked off in less than 20 min! Never coming back to Lotus Day Spa!
