I love Lotus and especially love Yna!!! She does an amazing job with whatever type of manicure I get every time and is great with dipping powder!!

This is the BEST spa in Norfolk, hands down. I have been coming here for a little over a year and Jayleen is AMAZING. She does my nails, brows, and lashes. It’s so nice to have one person that i can always count on to do an exceptional job. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
Bianca is phenomenal! She is very skilled and professional. She takes her craft seriously. Her kind personality and friendliness make the experience worthwhile. You will not be disappointed by stopping in and paying her a visit. Also, she’s got magical hands. She always makes sure my eyebrows are on point!

LOVE......LOVE......LOVE this place. YNA is the best. She takes her time, a perfectionist, and an all around talented nail tech. Have had every service except waxing and lashes. I enjoy every service every time I come. The staff is friendly and attentive to you as soon as you walk in the door.
Bianca and Sigmarie are both so amazing and talented! They educated my friend and me about the health of our nails and gave us a beautiful paint job!
