Made an appointment to be with jenna for one day and my son that following friday. They called to confirm on Sunday and I verified with jenna for me on Monday and my son friday..lady said yes. I am here for my appointment but they said it wasn't with jenna. Then why would you make an appointment for me if you weren't going to give me who I booked with.... unprofessional and unacceptable business practices for you to say yes I can have jenna then once you have me in the door tell me otherwise!! I just recently moved out to this area and had to find a new nail spot. This place was amazing. Clean environment, courteous staff, nice color choices, etc. Jayleen was my nail technician and she was nothing short of amazing! Definitely recommend her and this spa! 🙂
Jayleen was the most absolute best! She was so gentle, and neat. Her communication was excellent and her service was just remarkable. I’m definitely going to come back! :)
