The building is secure, clean and well maintained. Even the hall way smelled nice.
Property Manager America R is doing a great job managing this property. Her and the staff are all great including Maintenance Superviosr Ernesto C who took care of all my issues in the appt in one day and stayed until the last minutes of his shift to finish fixing a issue I had with a outlet. Los Sueños is a good place to live. It's not perfect but it's in a good location in Miami. Glad to live here.
