Designed in 1932 by the region's foremost architect, John Gaw Meem, Los Poblanos combines 50 guest rooms, a working organic farm, and the ideal setting for meetings and special events. Food lived up to the ratings, so delicious, and the facility and lodging areas are so beautiful and tranquil! A great escape for any excuse! Even the Head landscaper spent time with us explaining how they extract lavender for all the amazing products. Describing the grounds and work that goes into the farm.

Our experience was extraordinary! Kate & Miriam at the front desk are wonderful. This inn is ideal to practice social distancing during the pandemic.
I would totally recommend eating here if you haven’t already. The atmosphere is great and the food is better and the service is impressive.
Enjoyed a delicious brunch and yummy lavender cocktail. Looking forward to our stay in a few weeks.
Tranquil, beautiful, serene, incredible food and drink. Rooms are amazing and well appointed. We come here at least three times a year and will continue to do so!
