Great coffee, great staff and owner, delicious sandwiches and soup, nice atmosphere and music. Great place to unwind.
Consistently have the best espresso drinks (the Café miel is fantastic), bakery/deli selections (hello, panini-pressed PB & Banana), customer service, space, and internet connection in the Ames area.
Easily the best coffee in town. Actually, the best coffee in Iowa. Actually, it's just the best damn coffee you're going to get.
Lorry's is my most favorite coffee shop in town. Lorry always has a smile on and is so welcoming. You can't pass up the Guatemalan coffee paired with a breakfast burrito. If you're feelin' sweet - go for the White Chocolate Mocha.
