I drove from Boynton to Homestead for this Chevy Volt. And I'm beyond frustrated & disappointed. They said someone left lights on so it had to be jumped. Test drive went fine. Buy Car then asked where the electric cord was & then Rep says oh I didn't realize it didn't have one, but that I got a great deal so that's what u get when you buy used. PLAYS GAMES. ~$1500 in "dealer fees" added to the listed advertised price. 1st email- no response. Called- THEY suggested to offer 20% off ad price, "will bring it to manager" and they promised call back. >Called them 2nd time. >>"Still waiting" >>They never called back. Emailed again.- final offer - They ADDED ~$1500 in FEES TO ADVERTISED PRICE- FINAL PRICE IS +++~10% ABOVE ADVERTISED PRICE. They went from saying let's offer 20% off, all the way up pass the sale price to actually adding $1500 to original ad price.
This was the worst experience ever, i worked with one of the sale agents "Tato" and he offered me a car for more than they were selling it for, he also kept telling me he would get back to me but also never did. I would never recommend buying a car from them.
Excellent customer service
They added on additional charges, that resulted in the price rising $5k, without my consent. They also refused to give me a complete breakdown of the charges until after I signed the paperwork to takeover the vehicle. When I decided that I wanted to look for a vehicle elsewhere I received attitudes from the men I dealt with which is very unacceptable.
Overall experience was very good! Sales rep TATO WAS VERY GOOD AND INSTUMENTAL IN MAKING IT HAPPEN. Finance Mgr Fernando was also amazing as well. They all have that LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN ATTITUDE! Left with a very positive feeling. Thank you TATO & FERNANDO!!
Lorenzo was very courteous and professional with direct conversation involving the vehicle and answering my questions for any assistance in the buying options. Lorenzo is a great salesman.
The truck did not start and the service was terrible everybody was standing around talking and not helping me so I took my business else where
