Excellent vehicles... The Taurus and the Fusion as well as a few others. It's just that the wife still wanted a small SUV.
The dealership is old and sort of in the "hood". Speaking spanish would've been helpful. Test drove the truck I wanted to see and the aftermarket radio that was installed caused the plastic trim to bulge a bit, I think they just didn't snap it back into place. Then after the test drive the salesman used the handle on the interior door frame to get out of the truck and it fell right off into his lap. Their response was quick. I was able to convey my needs and receive that information in a timely manner.
Car was in the back with paint peeling and a dead battery. Had to jump start it twice before we were able To test drive it just to find out that the vehicle has been in a serious accident and transmission was shifting harsh. They didn’t even know where the car was parked and we had to walk back and forth constantly with the sales man.
Great! The advertised price was real but they tried to add for some fees i did not agree with and tried to give me less on my trade. It was end of Sept and all dealers are looking for sales at that time. I stuck to my plan and bought new 2017 Ford Mustang automatic v6 for $21,250 which covered tax title and all the fees including my trade for which they allowed $1600 which was the Kelly Trade in number. They treated me well and i would say the drive from Fort Lauderdale to Homestead is worth the savings imo.

I drove from Naples FL over 100 miles and when I got to the dealership I was told the vehicle had been sold when an hour and a half before I got there I was told the vehicle was there. Very unprofessional to do that.
Very unprofessional!!! I drove over 100 miles because I was told a car was in stock at 3pm. When I got there they tell me they sold the vehicle that I inquired about. No apologies from management. Very bad experience. I will be contacting upper management
