Lorenzo Ford was great. Everyone from the sales manager, salesman - to the finance manager were all awesome. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is seriously in the market for a new/used car. I live in Fort Myers and don't regret making the trip at all for my truck.

Spoke with a Manager named Orlando, who gave me misleading information to get me in. Homestead is no walk in the park. I wasted my time, drove for a whole hour to get there. He came out and said hello, and Left me with a Sales person named Adrian, who was absolutely amazing. The car would have been an awesome deal, but the lies and deception left a bitter taste in my mouth. I was in a position to purchase the car Cash. I did send an e-mail to Lorenzo Ford with questions about the Ford Fusion. I received a prompt e-mail from a salesman and another member of the sales staff, however, none of the questions that I asked were answered. In the mean time the great price offer that the made on the car has timed out.

I arranged a viewing and to drive the vehicle. When I arrived, the sales person couldn't find it. When he did, the vehicle was being serviced due to the seat being stuck. In the end, I drove 35 minutes at the end of a work day to not have an opportunity to drive it. Poor salesmanship.
