The person who responded to the initial email stated that price was negotiable. This was important to me because car gurus stated the price was almost a thousand over KBB. When I arrived at the dealership after driving thirty minutes, the salesman would not budge on price. He made some points about how you don't negotiate over the price of a concert ticket or a purse. We left pretty soon after we realized he wasn't budging.
Was told by text that they would make the deal happen. Drove 70 miles only to find that they were not even close! $7000 apart! They were such a disappointment!

They were very rude they would not give me any other price information unless i went in. They sent me messages via text and email about a big used car sale the weekend of July 21-23. We did not see the vehicle their walked around the lot for over 30 minutes and left nobody ever asked if we needed help.

Talked to the Internet manager. Big o answered all the questions about this car. He assured me he knew this car and that his answers where 1st hand. The car was not clean. It had damages to front and sides of car form rocks and bugs. I asked about these. I asked if any of the wheels had curb rash, nope in perfect shape.
