We added an upper floor addition to our home 20 years ago with Loranger Builders. Their fine craftsmanship has weathered time. My late husband and I felt like we were partners in the process. Initially, we interviewd three builders based on trusted recomendations The Lorangers bid was reasonable but more importantly they cared about how we wanted to use the space. A perfect nightmare. RAY Lorenger is not a responsible or respective character. I drove all day to meet him as he had an item for sale that was advertised we negotiated a deal upfront. After arriving at this destination and renting a hotel, he called and stated that the deal was off. Sorry, I will now drive another full day back to my residence
