Tried to get an estimate for tree and bushes removal and my first appointment was mixed up with another, okay that happens. Second attempt to meet with them, their representative wasn’t punctual. Was excited to work with based on reviews but due to lack of professionalism will not be going forward with them. They did apologize both times but definitely disappointed. Good luck to others that try to do business with them.
The crew was great. They showed up on time and were able to get my job done in 1 day! We had a sad 25+ year old yard with several dead/no grass spots due to drainage issues and shade from our large maple. They trimmed several branches to allow more sun, graded and put down new sod, shrunk and edged our old island with pavers and added new mulch. Lopez Tree Service did a fantastic job for me, removing bushes and trimming overgrown boxwoods..they were very prompt and professional from the estimate to the actual work. They were very efficient and cleaned up all the debris. I will absolutely use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend their service. It is hard to find a company that is as easy and honest to work with as these guys, I give them a 5 star rating!
