We love Longs! Awesome customer service!
Very great at communication. They are fast to get out and get you an estimate. Installation was fast! 2 days for a new gas furnace and AC. Everyone was very polite and if something doesn't meet your standards they do what they can to fix it. I would use them again. My main suggestion is to do more for the clean up of the dust and debris.

Long’s is amazing! Called them when our AC went down on a hot evening they came out the very next morning. They where here on time for the apt, did the diagnostic, told me the problem, fixed it in the spot! They also through in some preventative maintenance like re insulation on my exterior piping so it was all fresh and cleaned up! Plus my filter was due to be changed again and they gave me two free filters as well!! Highly recommend them!!
