I just wanted to say how awesome Longs is! During this Smokey season in Oregon where we are currently facing terrible wildfires, they have offered to deliever ac filters to anyone! Wow! I have been having a lot of trouble breathing lately, and haven’t been outside at all. So this act of kindness is so awesome! Thanks guys!

Shane and Cody were on time for the new install of heating and air.They worked the entire day over 11 hours and they never stopped. They encountered some obstacles during this install but worked together to overcome them and finish this difficult installation.Tim was in and out all day to check things out and help out where needed. HUGE thanks and shout out to Long's and Nick! Called last night when the A/C went out and he came this morning and replaced a part that they replaced two years ago. I didn't know it had a 5 year warranty, so there was NO charge! Can't thank y'all enough for such prompt, honest and reliable service!!!
Longs Heating and Air Conditioning quoted a very reasonable price for all new A/C and gas heater. Our existing units were getting old and not very efficient. The installation only took around 8 hours. Extremely clean installation. WOW what a difference. Our home is extremely comfortable, even with 100 + degrees.
