Long’s technicians, Tim and Shane, replaced our old furnace and ac unit this week. They were professional and efficient and were patient with explaining everything to me. Our system had been dying over the past several years and completely died last summer. We had several companies come out and give us quotes. Recently Long's installed a Daiken Heating and Air in our rental, They were great to work with from Josh who gave me the estimate to the installers and don't forget the great office staff who also do a wonderful job. Thank you so much.
A great team at Longs. Josh Jones was incredibly informative and made the decision making about what system to get very easy. The install team of Josh T, Job and Chris were quick and clean. Unfortunately they didn't put back the door to the crawl space which was a hiccup, but it didn't make a difference to the great service they gave us. Thank you to all at Longs!
