GETTO RELATORS Stay Away from this AWFUL relator. Longhorn is not a good property to rent from. When you first sign the lease they are all friendly but wait until you have a problem they are all rude and attitudal. Ms. Alfred and Barbara Holt is GETTO, they have attitudes every time you step foot in the office. The only thing they care about is geeting the rent not fixing up their properties. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY TAKE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY ELSEWHERE. I'm telling you-you will be sorry you ever dealt with them.
Hard Lesson to learn I was reading thru some of the reviews and noticed a really bad one and had to set-up an account to say what I wanted to say cause it really hit home. I can only say that my expereience with Longhorn property management was good. They do not always agree with me but i guess it is business. I was mad when they made me pay all those fees and stuff but i guess i should have read better. they wanted me to read all that stuff but i did not have time and it cost me but i learned my lesson. Glad Still There I got back to the states and was gald to see Longhorn was still there. The ladies in the office were different but they were still cool. I told my girl to go see them and they helped my girl find a place. Her credit was a little messed up but they got her straight and she is in. Down to earth...cool people. I like them and will tell my peeps whenever they are looking for a new place.....
No way! LongHorn may know what to say to GET your business but they don't know how to KEEP it. They have a very bad track record of keeping thier customers b/c A) their staff is rude, B) their repair people are incompetent and don't know how to properly fix anything and C)They do not care about their residents even WHEN you pay your rent on time every month. They were very helpful especially knowing that I was new to the Fort Hood area, they were the first company I felt went the extra mile to provide a service.
