Recommendedmy son had a cavity and he was in so much pain he didn't sleep at all the night before because he was in pain I called a lot of dentist office and no one wanted to see him until next week. than I found lone star and they immediately said to take him in and as soon as we arrived I filled out paper work and they called him back. I appreciate them for taking us in so fast and having so much patience while pulling his tooth out !
When you have an appt. At 4:30 drive 40 minutes there and they tell you no one is there to clean his teeth because they have the appointment for 4 pm!!!! When I have 8 confirmations stating 4:30!!!! Absolutely not okay!
We saw Dr. Elizabeth Scott and Assistant Consuelo— My daughter had to come back for a cavity fix and they made her feel so comfortable she didn’t need sedation or laughing gas during the post op fix.

my daughters wire came out and was poking straight towards her tounge and was a safety issue so I called office for after hrs being it was 5 pm . lady was rude on phone would not walk us thru of what to do ,instead her comment was your child dont remember what to do ? smh I'm sorry but you are the one working at dentist office not my child and due to covid rules I wasn't aloud In Back . Dr. LaResea Woods aka Dr.Reesie is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She is so great with kids, she makes them feel comfortable and loved! Hands down the sweetest! Absolutely love her and so do my children ❤️
03.13 (Friday! lol) she getting her braces off now/today and getting her permanent retainer and top retainer as I write this. our time with LSPDB is almost at an end and we will miss them. you want to find a place that's comfortable and staff is great? this is the place! Her dr has always gone out of his way to talk TO her and then to me. The girls have always been wonderful to us❤
