Friendly Experience – Mr.Guana did an excellent job on my mazda! It looks terrific. The receptionist/clerk was incredibly friendly & helpful. Longhorn Collision will handle all of my business from now on!
Exceptional Experience – I am beyond pleased with my experience at Longhorn Collision. Everyone was wonderful, my car looks better than ever, and I even got to play "catch" with the shop dog while I waited!!!
Thank You! Best Body Shop in Austin! – Staff are friendly and helpful with insurance, rentals, the works. My car was repaired in record time and to my satisfaction. I had minor fender damage and feared that you would always see the line where the new fender kinda matched the body frame. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. The repair is seamless. Cool!
Great body shop! – These guys were great! I didn't have insurance and they worked with me to get the cost down to where I could afford it. They made the repairs and got my car back to me within a day or two of when they estimated. The staff was friendly and helpful--no hard sales. My car looks great. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. By the way, don't confuse them with Longhorn Automotive. I think that's what some of the other reviewers have done.
dishonest and difficult – I nearly totaled my car. Other driver's fault and he had no insurance. He was paying out of pocket and I wanted to find the cheapest place that would do a good job. Longhorn purposely left things off of the estimate so they would be $500-1,000 cheaper than other estimates, knowing all along that there was no insurance company involved that would advocate for me when I discovered my car was not restored to pre-accident condition. Poor repair skills and customer service – When they said my car was fixed I could immidiately notice that my bumper was not put on properly. When I inquired about it they made it sound like that was the way it was supposed to be. Anyone could plainly see this was not the case. They then pulled it in the garage and ATTEMPTED to fix it. We are unable to determine which customer placed this complaint as it does not match any situations with which we are familiar. Maybe they went to another shop which we have just discovered is using a similar name. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our workmanship and if the customer is not happy, we encourage them to come back so we can make it right.
