Worst collision repair in Austin – Wow. I'll never go here again. Total F- grade workmanship. My car was rear-ended. It was the other driver's fault and their insurance was taking care of it. I requested Longhorn because of supposed good reviews on the internet. That was the worst mistake I ever made. I brought my car in for damages to the rear bumper and trunk. When this vehicle arrived in our shop, it had damage to the exhaust system and a dead battery. After the customer picked up the vehicle (which was ready in 6 days instead of the 7 days we estimated), he told us the damage to the exhaust system was part of the accident. So we contacted the insurance company who denied the claim as they determined it was not part of the accident. con artists – Longhorn collision is nothing but garbage. They will charge the insurance for parts that are not replaced. Charge the insurance and customers for service that is never done. Fix cars for cash and not keep any records of the transaction. Have you vehicle worked on by unqualified techs. If you do decided to go there ask to see the employees certifaction. There will be none.
