As soon as you open up their website in bold letters it says get a free no obligation quote in seconds after you give them all your information you are told you will be contacted by an agent this is very misleading and I think illegal

This was a much longer process than we expected and there were many little things that had to be answered for the underwriter towards the closing date but it all worked out well. The team at Longbridge was very thorough and professional even when I became frustrated. Be prepared to be asked for more background information than normal. Overall this worked out very well for us.
I called and talked to an intake person, who put me through to a loan officer for a new reverse mortgage application. We set an appointment for noon today with ***********************. She said she was running behind schedule. 2.5 hours later she texted me that she is leaving for the office. 3.5 hours later she still hasn't called me for the appointment that was for nearly 4 hours ago. HORRIBLE!!! Told by ********************** all financials were approved....then 3 MONTHS LATER, told me it wouldnt work!!! TOTAL waste of time. Their approach is VERY predatory!!!

Longbridge is holding my Insurance claim funds hostage. The NEVER CALL BACK. EVER! MY INSURANCE COMPANY ( ***** ****) PAID MY CLAIM IMMEDIATELY. LONGBRIDGE CLAIMS SUCK! DON'T EVEN GET A REVERSE MORTGAGE WITH THEM.

However, we are required to follow specific guidelines to confirm that repairs have been completed to restore the property per the terms of the security instrument.
