Thanks to her, everything went smoothly to completion and she continues to address my questions and concerns promptly. The process of documentation itself can be a little frustrating but that is to be expected in any such major transaction. I highly recommend Longbridge!

Only a positive outcome with funding in just a month from application to closing. We did our part in a timely manner and so did Longbridge. Professional, informative and kept on top of our application daily. The only negative was the appraisal process. The appraisers can not be chosen per HUD regulations. The appraiser which was chosen did not include several valued items to the appraisal and used properties which were substantially older and therefore not of equal value. This reduced the value by 10% which reduced our eventual valuation. Laura Brannock was courteous, very helpful and communicated the loan process and associated cost of a HECM loan very well. Her updates on the loan application process were timely and accurate. Loved working with Laura, now we just need to go fishing!

I have experienced excellent assistance from Ryan Phillips. He has never been pushy. Instead, he presented the pros & cons of obtaining a reversed mortgage with Longbridge. He presented the information in terms that were easy for me and my elderly aunt to comprehend. Once we had an opportunity to review the info and discuss it personally, I contacted Ryan and he assisted us in moving forward. The process advanced without any difficulty. Pretty straight forward process—nice people to deal with. Wanted lots of docs. They were kind of ocd about things—wanted to know why my property taxes were a day late—due to 4th of July holiday—and asked about properties I never owned or had sold over 20 years ago, but they accepted explanations I offered. Cameron and his team did an excellent job! It took less than a month from start to finish! Amazing! They gave us a list of documents we needed, and we had them, emailed them and that was it! Very easy! Everything about the whole deal was clear and concise. We couldn't be happier with the way it was handled, and the communication was awesome! Another reason we went with Loanbridge is that they gave us a $500 reduction in price for being a veteran. It's nice to know that our men and women in service are important to them.
