The job of this "business" is to "service" *****************. That is, if you are the homeowner, you service your own loan. They have a tendency to lose items they request form the homeowner. Also, if the homeowner send in something, that is not correct, they do not contact the homeowner. the homeowner must contact them numerous times time see if the item was processed. It was good to work with Mike F*** And Earl T***. They answered any questions and didn't make up feel not welcome to question. The company is trustworthy and I hope I can recommend Longbridge and Mike in the future.

After researching a number of reverse mortgage lenders, we chose Longbridge because they were a direct lender. Met personally with Steve Schwab who was totally knowledgeable and provided great advise and information during the entire process. I give them 5 stars. John A

More than a month of false promises. I've never encountered a company that would say one thing and turn around and say just the opposite. A totally exhausting experience that no one should ever have to go through.

We were very pleased with the process of obtaining a reverse mortgage through Longbridge Financial and in particular dealing with the very professional Account Executive Jerry Auippa. Jerry made everything go very smooth from initial application to completion. Thank you.

The way they handle their business in the order it was not getting an appraisal first to see what clients can get from their service reverse mortgage before counseling for HUD costs of 160.00 two appraisals @ 510.00 each and promised timely manner was a incorrect statement . I only agreed to do business with longbridge financial LLC because of BBB ratings very low rating would have been my rating

Diane and Mike Worked with Ryan P***** all the way. He was very patient and easy to work with and explained everything to us and was very clear, up-front and knowledgeable with any and all questions we had. He was very prompt with all phone calls, answering and returning calls right away. Ryan followed through with everything he said he would do for us in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend working with Ryan and Longbridge Financial!

After 6 months of reverse mortgage investigations and due diligence of several companies, I chose Longbridge Financial and could not be happier with my decision. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. My loan officer Ryan P*****, did an outstanding job answering questions, getting the loan processed before the end of the year and is continuing to be a valuable resource as I go forward. 5 stars to this company and their personnel.
