Did a percent analysis on available equity. Sales Manager in NYC forwarded that review to the Loan Officer whom I had worked with in closing my reverse mortgage. I then received a complaint via phone call from Loan Officer that it was negative and did not reflect on her service. Longbridge Financial did a fantastic job of handling our reverse mortgage application and eventual approval. The agent, Saher B*****, stayed on top of the entire process through all of its complexity and was extremely responsive to question and helping manage a few complications that arose. Great job overall!

This company and their underwriters will do everything possible to turn your reverse mortgage loan down for anything..their communication skills also poor .Stay Away..Lots of other easy to work with reverse mortgage companies. Charlotte office is pathetic . We have had 3 other reverse mortgages with other quality lenders and all 3 went smooth..Longbridge is a waste of your timr

We looked at 4 Reverse Mortgage lenders and carefully (painstakingly) chose Longbridge. Their agent was very knowledgeable and gave us a no BS review of their product. They were one of two companies that were competitive price wise. The after signing service is excellent.
