A big thank you to Scott Barry and the employees at Long Subaru for taking care of us last night as my husband and I picked up our 2019 Subaru Ascent. I am on my 4th Subaru and our family has bought many cars from them. The process is always easy and smooth. They are always very attentive including when we go in for service. Thank you again, I think this car may be my favorite!
In late Dec. of 2016 , I gave myself a early Xmas gift a new 2017 Impreza Wgn Premium . Everytime I took it in for service , they did what ever service we agreed on in a timely fashion . The waiting room is nice and clean with snacks and drink are there for those who are waiting (free) there is also a TV and reading material to help pass the time. I have had no problems with my new car, but if I did I know they would take care of it . Long Subaru I will give 5 stars , the service is excellent.

Over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation! I had an appointment for 8:30 and got there early.
I used to bring my car to another Subaru dealership and after my last visit (to a company which will remain nameless) I had decided to switch over to someone new. I brought my car in for service on Saturday without an appointment, for the first time, and I was very pleased with the attention to details from all who worked on my car.
