I had a great experience purchasing my new Forester from Long Subaru. Our salesman, Shawn, was always respectful and did not pressure us into anything. He knew we would be looking at other cars that day and only asked us to keep our Subaru test drive in mind while testing other cars. They did not have exactly the car I wanted but they were more than willing to find the one I wanted and transfer it. I have nothing but postive things to say about my experience with Long Subaru. I suffered a pretty catastrophic break down while visiting the Worcester area. The service department and the service manager were fantastic to deal with. They replaced the short block in my car and had my motor rebuilt in less than three weeks. If I didn't live almost two hours away than this would be the only dealership I would want to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
