Great local "small" business. Best customer service, the staff is friendly and easy going never once did we feel pressured or were steered away from the car that suited us, they really care about finding the best car for you not their wallet! I would not recommend Long Subaru to anyone....worst customer service . They do not honor service contracts.
Worst car dealership ever. So rude to me.. they see that I'm a young female and assume I know nothing about my car so they try to use that to their advantage. Ive been treated very poorly by staff there.. like I am a bother to them. Extremely unhappy and will make sure I spread the word. Will never be back here again!
