Bought car number 2 at Long Subaru and been going for servicing since Dec 09. Always great people and honest.
The service at Long Subaru is fantastic and a great model for other service industries. I'm always greeted immediately. Employees are always friendly and helpful. They have guaranteed my patronage for service and for future purchases.
Emergency loaner when we got stranded on a Saturday, 2 hours from home. Happened to be there for an office party, so we had lunch, as well.
We have been very happy with the sales and service at Long Subaru. My kids even enjoy coming with me to hang out while my Forester is being serviced. �

I went in for oil changes on my wrx and tribeca, the wait was a little long, but overall it was a good experience. They performed a multi-point inspection and found a few things that I neglected, but there was no pressure to move forward on my unexpected expenses. They even took the time to show me the repairs that they recommend. Thank you, and I will likely return when I'm ready to complete the other repairs
