Don’t go here for repairs unless you want to pay 3x more for repairs you don’t need. Came in with my 2014 Forester wondering about a sound. Was told I needed over $2600 worth of repairs right away. Took my car to another reputable auto mechanic and was told that the sound I was hearing was a $10 fix and that the only thing I really needed was front brakes which cost less that $350 to replace. This post refers to my car detail only as I have not had experience with sales or other vehicle services. Extremely disappointed in my car detail at Long Suburu. Dropped my car off Monday for the best detail package they had, priced at $200. I picked up at the end of day and everything seemed good until I started looking closer. My shifter was not cleaned outside of park, coffee stains on the front and sides of the seats, etc. it was clear there was no attention to ‘detail’.
