Long Ridge Dental has been nothing but excellent for my dental needs. Gabe at the front desk took his time with me to explain everything I needed to know about my financial options and what my insurance covers. He even went out his way to look up a certain product I would need for my next appointment to insure that the work on my teeth will be treated with the right materials. It doesn't get better than that. Plus: I love my Doctor, she's the best!
In my two years of attending this office, this was by far the best. My dental hygenist was super nice and did a fantastic job. I appreciated her patience with regards to my sensitivity to the water pick. I appreciate the office staff for assigning me to another dentist, who I ended up really liking and would honestly love to have him be my family dentist. Also, it appears the office staff has changed for the better. The new manager and staff exude professionalism, something the previous staff lacked.
My hygienist Jennifer was amazing. It was the best cleaning I've ever had my whole 20+ years. She educated me in proper maintenance, was very polite and nice, fixed the problem I had with my appointment time, understood what I said while I spoke while my teeth were being cleaned. Brilliant. I have had the best dental experience with Long Ridge Dental practice. The facility is state of the art. The dentists, assistants, and staff are all very professional, cheerful, helpful, and kind. It is not a drudgery to have dental care. I am grateful to have discovered your services.
As always, I was greeted with an enthusiastic smile, and asked how I have been! My dentist, Dr. Lee is the Kindest , most sensitive, Dr. I have ever been to. It is always a pleasure to see him and the rest of the Long Ridge Dental staff!!! I cannot say enough good things about them!
The professionalism of this dental group was great. I will continue to keep Long Ridge Dental as my primary Dentist
