Nunca me atendieron. Mi cita era a las 2 pm. Llegue tarde 20 minutos por un problema de salud que tengo. Dedpues de 40 minutos de espera no me atendieron. Mi condicion medica no me permitio esperar mas por una limpieza.
I am not a good patient. I am nervous and fearful. But everyone - the staff, the x ray technologist, the hygienist, and the dentist tell me gently and with great patience. Thank you

I haven't had a bad experience with Long Ridge Dental Stamford. The staff is always courteous and very professional.
Ann was my dental hygenist. She did an excellent job. AND Dr. Li checked everything and was also very thorough.
Dr Li is outstanding! I highly recommend him!
The staff is great.. Very accomodating and friendly ..The doctor is great and experienced.
I sent a couple of emails to the dentist to schedule the next appointments and to ask the reason why I received a letter from my insurance, it seems they don't want to pay their 80% coverage for my deep cleaning (but the dentist before the cleaning told me they will pay 80%) but I have not received answers yet.
