Once I was seated in the dentist chair I had to wait for over half an hour until the dentist came and started work on me. This has happened several times in a row now. It looks like they are overbooked. The dentist herself, Dr. Yoo, is good.
i like the way they work .
The office was clean and updated. The hygienist was effective but very gentle! I think she was one of the gentlest hygienists I've ever met. When she took x-rays she worked quickly without re-takes (I really appreciate that they kept my exposure short). The dentist was approachable and did a great job of explaining the reasoning behind her recommendations. Overall I had a great experience
Wait time could be better
Your team was excellent to my daughter Piper on her first-ever dental checkup. Very friendly and kind, and very understanding of her concerns/fear/nervousness.
I was little disappointed with the waiting time. I showed up for my appointment on time. After 20 minutes they called me in, then I was waiting another 20 minutes in one of the designated rooms that I had to let the staff know I needed to leave soon. I came for a cleaning but I only had the X Ray done. I had to reschedule.
Great experience highly recomend !
