My first time there, good experience and I might transfer my care there.
My experience at Long Ridge Dental was amazing. The young ladies at the front dresk were so polite and friendly. Milky the Hygienist was so good at explaining the importance of flossing and having healthy gums. The Dentist gave me reassurance that they could fix my teeth and that made me so happy and gave me a little confidence ba k . Over all everyone should come here they are the best.

Treatment plan was never given to me they just dismissed me to the front desk and they were in a rush to schedule my next appointment. Dr didn't explain treatment and didn't do an oral cancer screening. Also, I asked the front desk to submit a pre auth for the work they suggested and they refused telling me my plan covers it. I then emailed the office and called about my suggested treatment to be submitted to insurance for a pre- auth and I still haven't heard back from them and that was 2 days ago. Just confused because I had had a dental exam in January and the dentist at a different office did not tell me about the numerous cavities found during the post-cleaning exam at your office
Dr Lee is so kind he made me feel so excited about getting appearance to where I will be happy again. I can't wait for my next appt. thank you. Lynne
The problem is that the dentist gets distracted a lot by other people in the office. Example: The dentist is drilling in my mouth and gets distracted by another person, discussing another person's dental issues. The dentist still had her hand in my mouth while she discussed another patient's issues with office staff. This makes me feel very uncomfortable.
From day one this place has provided exceptional service. Thank you!!
The woman who cleaned my teeth was exceptionally nice and made me feel very comfortable and made my visit to the dentist a pleasant experience.
