Love Them I'm been bringing my animals to Dr Havas for about 15 years, I know for a fact that some of his staff have been there just as long. To me that says something! Although there is always a wait, the service I've received has always been outstanding. I had a pet I had to have put to sleep. Although they had a full waiting room, they allowed me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. A few days later I received a sympathy card from them. lost cat thanks for your help with trying to find my cat. I have not found him yet. But everyone at your clinic was so nice to me and trying to help me find him this made me feel so good. The vet even took the time to talk to me, and said he would be back at night and look around.Thanks again.
Horrible...just horrible Take your pets to Dr. Havas if you hate them. The place is filthy, Dr. Havas is OLD and mutters instead of speaks. You ask him a question and he'll start to answer (muttering) as he turns and walks out of the room. Very rough and uncaring with animals. The vet techs are mostly nice and friendly, but not the Dr. The reception staff is awful too.
Great staff - wonderful facility I have been to this facility many times. The staff is great and the facility is clean. It is an older building, which is probably why they provide such great service at such a reasonable price! You are not paying for any fancy granite floors or skylights! The staff is small there (once again it keeps the costs down) and so on surgery days there is no one there to answer the phone. This has NEVER been a problem for me. Horrible customer service I brought my cat in for check up , dental cleaning, and full exam. I have never brought my cat to this vet before. I have to say after this visit I will never bring my cat here again. The place is a dump, it smells like wet dogs. The floor was dirty and the 1960 decor may come back in style some day. Great Care, Great Staff Long Lake Animal Hospital has a wonderful staff who offer excellent care. The wait is a little long, but not much more than if you were going to any other vet. The prices are very competitive with other vets. The waiting room is adequate size. We had absolutely no problems with the quality of care our animals receive, and the courtesy of the staff and other animal owners in the waiting area. I highly recommend Long Lake Animal Hospital.
Good if you have time The costs of different procedures and treatments are very reasonable. In fact, they are relatively inexpensive when compared to other vets. It is a small business, and the staff is very caring. The only issue is that since it's so small, the wait is very long. If you can stand waiting that long though, it's well worth it.

A long Wait I took our animals here when we first got them. A friend told us they went here and loved it. I was not impressed. It was a long wait and the waiting room is very small. It seemed like my animals weren't given the time they deserve. I would never go back enven though the price is very reasonable.
