Good service We have an appointment next week to have a kitten spayed, declawed, shots. The prices are great. ALL other vets were higher in costs for everything. And the receptionist, she was great. Very professional. I'll definitely recommend this place.
love this vet and the caring people we have been coming here for 16years, and we just love them , there are all caring people, yes the wait is long, but well worth it. they care about my cat and dog, like it is there own. Do not even have the desire to make an appt.!!! Well I have 2 friends who bring their pets to the Long Lake Vet so I thought that I would call and get a couple prices on some shots for my puppy. I have called a few other vets and they seemed to have NO PROBLEM giving me prices. I then decided to call the Long Lake Vet. Once I finally got through the secretary refused to give me prices. Long Lake Animal Hospital works very hard for you and your animals You know what i work at long lake animal hospital as an vet tech for Dr. Havas who by the way is a very kind man who loves animals and does his best to care for them. I could not believe some of this things i read on this review page. unbeliveable i can not believe some off the nasty stuff people had to say about the dr and his staff. i have taken my animals here for almost 20 years, yes its busy, they care, yes it looks old, but do i care? no, my critters are happy. no, the dr is not a people person, but is it me that needs the dr ?no my animals do, hes wonderful with them that's what matters. i have 7 animal's under his care right now, my parents have 3. the staff has treated me and mine with great compassion and love for so many years that i wouldn't t... read more
Reasonable prices and solid vet care Although the physical facility is dated, the quality of care from both Dr. Havas, and His staff, is quite good. Prices are well below the norm, thus there is usually a wait.Previous reviewer is correct, Dr. Havas is truly an animal lover, you can see and sense it in the way many of the animals respond to Him. Great Service I have taken my 3 kittens in for declawing, neutering, testing and shots. Always got a great price, excellent help from the employees and very caring of the animals. They answered my questions and helped me to know how to prepare to take care of them at home.
