The drive through sucks. Plain and simple, long waits and sometimes they tell you that you'll have to come back later or wait for 25-30 minutes and then another 10 minutes for the food to cook.
I ordered a pickup order online from their website on June 29th, upon arrival I realized they were closed, as well as all the surrounding stores due to a widespread power outage. I have called this store multiple times now about when I will get my money back and have not been helped. 1 employees said 7 days, a manager said you have to do the refund online. Went to the drive-thru there at 9:00 p.m. online to see if they close at 10:00. I'll be done for 5 minutes before calling just the store calling somebody answered and confirmed that they were open I was told I can pull around to the window to order. Seems like the store has a big problem not wanting to take orders at the drive-thru.
