My husband and I haven't had long johns in 15+ years. We got a 2 piece fish and 3 piece chicken 2 hush puppies and coleslaw and waffle fries. We went through the drive thru everything was hot. When we got home about 5 mins, it was still hot. I have a problem with fried food if the grease is old. I will say everything tasted great. No old oil taste. We split the meal, and it was plenty. Will definitely go back. Also friendly service!!!
The last time I was here the place was filthy and the employees were lazy and rude. I vowed to never return. Got a craving for seafood today and gave in. Ordering was easy and young lady at window was very professional and kind. The place looked very clean. No batter splashed on counters or above them. Rice was too salty and grilled shrimp very peppery for my taste but I still enjoyed it very much. Wished they had the coconut shrimp but they were out. Overall I think I will be back.
I've always loved Long John Silver's! Was kind of upset to start because they got rid of the fries, and swapped for waffle fries. Then they were hard! It seems like the Cole slaw has changed too... I'm not sure we'll be going back? I was very disappointed, and didn't get full off of my meal. Usually I can't finish it all!
Waited 15 minutes in line write this review and not even one car had moved then I left.
