What are we doing here Long John Silver's!??...Went to the 72nd and Michigan rd location sat at the speaker so long I had to pull around and come inside...When I tell you the inside of this location was so filthy I almost didn't want the food...Workers preparing food with no gloves on...Food was old...Grease needs to be changed...I can't even explain how bad the food is it's unacceptable for the price....LJS is not cheap...Almost 30 dollars for 2 platters with no drink so you could at least have the food right sheesh!!!..The... read more
Any location food is never right
Very disappointed, food was way over cooked and dry, yea was awful! I was excited about being able to go here, but my food soon brought me to reality! Never again for me!
Horrible experience. The food was horrible as well — the fish was old and overcooked, the grease tasted old, they forgot my pie so I had to drive back around, and the staff were rude and confused.
Always a problem when I go this specific restaurant. Drive -thru wait is extreme, the outside is dirty,the newer associates tgat I deal with at the drive-thru seem under trained. The food is typically good, I am debating on whether it’s even a place I want to go to any longer😣
