Service was wasn't good at all. We walked in the building and could not find a employee fir at least 10minute6. I thought they may be getting robbed. Eventually, they appeared. 1 came from the back. The other was in a back corner, im guessing sleeping. Our fries were as if they mixed old fries with the new. Most of the waffle fries were hard and impossible to eat. Even people from the drive through came in about it.
The woman working was nice, however the fish was undercooked not even edible.
The manager there she is a female she needed to know the name for a tool and nobody could help her but my uncle and I showed up and my uncle knows everything about tools and told her what it was that she was trying figure out what it was called long story short she ended up giving us two $5 vouchers she provided excellent customer service I'm just grateful that we can still help one another and not always I have something negative going on. Thank you sweetheart for providing great customer service
