I saw Dr Choi in the West Hempstead office and the staff there was so polite kind energetic and helpful!! Sara checked me in and was so sweet and Joseph and Marilyn were so friendly and helpful!! Dr Choi was so thorough, straight to the point and very knowledgeable in his field!! I highly recommend them
Mohammed Sanzar is a great, patient and thorough PA. He answered all of our questions. I have been to many different doctor offices in the last 2 years and they are unique in every way as being the most compassionate professional and kind at every visit. Dr. Frendo and the staff at Long Island Spine were all fantastic. Dr. Frendo did a great job of explaining my procedure and he made all my fears of surgery go away. Post-surgery and my pain is gone. Thanks Dr. Frendo!
The West Hempstead location is wonderful!! The staff is so friendly and Dr Choi is very good. He explains everything so thoroughly and takes his time. I am really happy with this office!
I saw Dr. Mermelstein. He was fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone with back/neck pain. He performed my surgery just last week and I feel great! He takes his time with his patients, does not rush them through the office visits, answered my bazillion questions, and really cared about me and what was right for me. I am very grateful for him and for the facility as a whole. A+ rating from this patient!!
The people here are very committed and dedicated never have to wait to get to see the doctor. My doctor is Frendo, he basically is excellent spends time to explain things as as he go along he has a great bedside manner.
