Service was not the greatest, and my husband's sandwich was disgusting. It looked like slop on a plate. It took forever to even get drinks and then about twenty for my daughter to get her refill, which we had to ask for three times! Then let's talk about food safety. We sat close enough to the kitchen to see that there were no hair restraints in use, no gloves in use, and they kept using the same thermometer to temp things without cleaning and sanitizing between use!!!
Mediocre food. Waitress non-attentive. Should have gone to Applebee's next door.
We took our daughter there for her birthday last January, I had checked the menu on line and the prices. The prices on the menu were much higher than the online prices. They also said on line that they had prime rib. That was a joke . The waitress said that they hadn't changed the prices on line yet and they did not have prime rib. The bill was way to high for 3 people. Will never go there again. Will go to JR'S in milan.
Absolutely the worst steak dinner I've ever had! The steak had no seasoning on it at all and the rice was so bland and overcooked it was disgusting. The salad was just ok and the loaded fries all the bacon fell off and ended up on the plate they were served on. We definitely won't be back.
My husband and I both ordered the ribeye and half of it was fat! My mac and cheese was extremely dry and cold. It was the first time we visited and it will be our last! Definitely not worth the money!!
Server was good, food both times we have been to this location have been poor. Returned appetizer, lipstick on glass that was not ours.. won't be going back, I'll take the drive to Ann arbor.
Went there for the first time last night and for the price I paid it was totally horrible steak was dry fatty and bland they had no rolls we asked for egg rolls for appetizer they were out of those too we got a margarita the glass was full with ice 9.50 for ice 3 drinks was all that was in there horrible place I will never return there ever again
