New server, started with the wrong drink order, salad order was mixed up, after the second attempt to correct I shook my head and kept what she gave me. Rolls were brought out only after we asked. It took 3 returns for my wife's steak to be cooked properly only after the manager came out to our table. I am from out of town and wanted to have a nice steak dinner with my daughter and her fiancé. The only thing enjoyable was their company. I will not be returning to this restaurant nor any other in their franchise.
Steak was under cooked server had no idea what she was doing drinks where wrong salad was wrong for sure won't be going back the only good thing was seeing family from out of town
Went there for dinner since we had a gift card. The bloom n onion was wonderful and the rolls were pretty good. They had a good deal on wine and it was really tasty. My steak was tough though. And it's too pricy for the quality of food you get. I can go to Texas Roadhouse and get the same stuff for half the price.
Had a party of 16 yesterday for parents 52nd anniversary. Drinks took forever, ran out of bud light on tap, 15 out of 16 had steak. Some not cooked properly and all were dry and tough as shoe leather. Our waitress was given very little help but she did the best she could as she had other tables as well. Will not be returning.
This restaurant gets A...STAR...just one. We were seated and didn't get our food until almost 40 min later. Fries were warmish (smh) long hair found in the food and when we told our waitress she said, "I don't know what you want me to do." I just grave her a blank stare. The steak was burnt and hard then they tried to cover it up with "gravy"...weird! No need for a Free meal...I just won't come back and warn my friends as well. Sorry Lone Star...tails you lose.
We both had the mushroom Swiss steak burger. Both were delicious. Fries were very good. Got seated promptly. (First in for lunch). Service was very good.
It's definitely not what Lone used to be. No peanuts at the table, and the cozy feeling just isn't there anymore.
Great service. Great food. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone
