They were out out four different steaks, several side dishes and several appetizers. We waited over 90 minutes for our meals. The food showed up only after I talked with manager and threatened to cancel the entire order for six people. The food then showed up undercooked, cold or just plain wrong. The manager nor the waitress bothered to inquire if everything was okay. My son took his plate and walked into the kitchen to talk with Manager. The only positive was the Manager didn’t charge us. Lone Star will never see us again!
Very bad service. First we were seated in the bar section with our 5 year old and then the server come by in such a hurry talking so fast that no one could even understand her then the appetizer came out the breading was almost burnt the coleslaw which was supposed to be a vinegar style coleslaw was just shredded coleslaw with no vinegar and the hamburger we ordered for our 5-year old come out almost completely pink. Was there on Oct 20th 2017. The food was horrible none of our steaks were cooked right potatoes cold and the onion blossom was very salty. Women's bathroom vents were disgustingly dirty dead flies in light fixture. Will not go back. The perfect Margarita was very tasty I will admit. Service was good.
Hours are stated as 4-10PM. Showed up at 9:30PM and doors were locked. Called location and spoke to manager who said she closed at 9 because it was slow.
Great service and very good food. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends.
It took 20 min to be seated our waitress didn't clear away dirty dishes and our meal took 45 min to come to our table it wasn't busy at all and our food wasn't cooked properly my family will not be returning . Even the manager wasn't a big help
I shouldn't even give them 1 star. The waitress was so thoughtful but they ran out of 6oz filet ? Um how does a steak house run out of Steak and it was only 615? Then they "found" one 🙄 Ok I was skeptical but hungry. They brought the steak out and it was the toughest filet I've ever had, horrible! The sweet potato was hard not cooked long enough. Thank goodness I had an appetizer because that was my dinner. Sent it all back and will never go again
