It took 3 times of the waitress going back to the bar before we found a drink that they had ingredients for. The drinks we were ordering were common just not beer. Our appetizers came out one plate at a time, we had two different appetizers. When the salads came they forgot my husbands. Had to ask for rolls. Went there yesterday to have a dinner that I remember from a few years ago. We drove an hour and a half for what we expected to be an awesome meal. We arrived at 5:15 PM to a restaurant with 1/2 of the tables empty and customers sitting outside (in the heat) waiting to be seated. The hostess explained that they are short staffed and not sitting patrons at this time. "It will be an hour wait." bad move by the managers.... Server was great considering they were understaffed and the food was not bad but it took a while to get to it but for the prices it was not worth it I was shocked how unkept the outside was and empty tables but we still had to wait to be seated
Your policy of taking tips from your servers and sharing them with the rest of the employees is really awful. Based on this I will not be coming back to any LoneStar restaurant.
Food was ok, nothing special. Floors were slippery like being on ice. Not sure if overly waxed or just cleaned with dirty greasy mop. Either waynot happy about slipping and sliding all over. Wait staff were excellent, and the reason for the 3.
Great service, steak was done just the way I like it, and in a timely manner..
