Quickest and most painless experience I have had buying a vehicle. Everything was ready when we got there. Papers signed and out the door just as I was promised over the phone. Cody was awesome. Very personable, professional, and great at his job. Definitely recommend going to see him if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.
First off all I love my Dodge Dart I bought back in 2013 that I purchased new from another dealership. I used this service department because it's the closest one.But...the service department in Mineola sucks, I'm very disappointed in this business. The trouble I've experienced from the service department is beyond bad.. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very unsatisfied...
Professional, courteous, practically no BS, efficient and fair. Good bunch. I certainly plan on coming back for my van's servicing needs. (Sure wish I could afford one of their 2018 rides. ... shoot, I wish I could afford one of their 2017 rides. 😉)

I've been debating for several hours how to proceed. I feel that I got a good, certified used vehicle several months ago. However, today, in the span of about 30 minutes my recommendation of Lone Star went from Absolutely to I can't in good conscience. Promises were made at the time of purchase by both the sales person (who no longer works here) and the finance manager. I knew the purpose of the promise was to make the sale. Can not say enough good things about this place. They got my car in fast and with in hours called to tell us what they found. The mechanics were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I will bring my car back here in the future and highly recommend them.
