Horrible, had to get oil change done here today because Ford was closed... Ugh never again, slow, no new tag for next service and now my car is making a new noise! How can an owner of two places have one that is fantastic like the Ford service department to the world's worst in Dodge

Anything they tell you needs repaired I would definitely take your vehicle and get a second opinion.
