First of all Juan Carrasco is the man to see if you want a new car!!! He is such an awesome person and he doesn’t mind taking his time to help you get in what you want. Secondly, John in service is AMAZING!!! He definitely makes you feel at home and not like a bother. He will answer any question you have without hesitation. Thanks guys for being so great!!!

My wife and I purchased 2 vehicles on the same day. One was brand new Jeep Renegade which has been wonderful, second was a 2015 Jeep Renegade which has been a nightmare. Second night we had it we realized the headlights did not work as they should, neither did the fog lights. Upon inspection I discovered one headlight had an led light, the other had an hid light, also the wiring harness had been cut and spliced by the previous owner. We purchased a brand new 2016 Dodge Durango from Lone Star in December of that year. The sale was the easiest we had ever been through. We have taken our vehicle in for service several times, and never had an issue until now. We originally called to have it scheduled in on 8/16/2018 but were told that we would have to be put on a waiting list at that time. after spending over 1400 dollars on a fuel pump for my Dodge 3500 cummins, and them also telling me they needed to replace the whole fuel system for a cost of over 12000 dollars, I took my truck to Mt Pleasant to Elliott Dodge and they replaced the fuel pressure regulator and charged me over 1700 dollars, I picked my truck up and took it home and after a little time on the computer I found that it was likely to be a fuel control actuator, so all of this expense to so called professionals and a small part that took me 20 minu... read more

The customer service in the service department has declined big time. This is my second vehicle to purchase from y’all. I was there for over 2 hours for an oil change on Friday. People who came in after me left first and so on, and also got information about a survey... needless to say they didn’t offer me the information to do the survey! Don’t tell people they need an appointment if you’re not going to get to their car for 2 hours.

I had my truck worked on. To have a new high-pressure fuel pump put in they had my truck for three months now keep in mind I was not able to pick it up is why they had it for so long after I got the truck I was doing an oil change and found out that they left the whole front end of my truck loose all the bolts for the radiator bracket. headlight assembly. I will never go back. I will always be a Dodge girl, but it will not be there. 623.00 for an oil change and tune up. And the new people are rude. Never again, will I go there. I was a regular. Not anymore. I have bought 6 vehicles here, it has just gone down hill.
