My wife and I bought 2 new trucks a day apart. Told we have lifetime powertrain warranty, just found out they were bought out and do not offer that now. What bs is that?? Now of course my 2019 Ram is having issues and they took away all loaners and not sure if they will ever get them back. What a joke of a place. Would love to change my review if this situation can be resolved...

I bought a 2018 Ram Lonestar Silver edition with 18000 miles a couple of weeks ago. I questioned the wear on the front tires and was told that it would pass inspection. I took it to Elliott Motors in Mt. Pleasant and they said that the alignment was way off. I was also told that that package came with running boards. I called Lonestar and asked them what they could do about it and was told the truck was sold "as is" and they weren't going to do anything about it!
