Love our Loloi rug from the Farrah collection...well made ...adorable pattern...rug has personality plus! Super happy with it!
I recently purchased a rug from the Serena collection and have been extremely unhappy with the performance of this rug. It is very delicate and has not held up well under normal traffic. When I contacted the company, a customer service representative JT LaGrange was very rude and condescending. He also wrote in an email that "any introduction of any moisture or liquid" from shoes or feet could case the rug to be matted. I absolutely LOVE my Loloi rug. I ordered this rug expecting it to be similar in quality to many other rugs I had purchased online. But was I extremely surprised upon unrolling my new beauty, that it would be the nicest rug that I had ever set my feet on. This rug is stunning. The colors are beautiful. The quality is impressive. It is extremely soft. I love everything about this rug. I already have my eyes on another Loloi for my living room. Keep up the excellent quality. Your rugs are immaculate.
Don't waste your money because if something is wrong with your product Loloi won't even speak to their customers directly. I spent almost 1700 bucks on a rug and was told to they won't even consider speaking to me because I'm a not a buyer.. on three separate occasions. This company is the worst. They don't stand behind their rugs. Never buying this brand ever again. Wouldn't recommend it for any of my friends or family and would actively talk them out of it if they contemplated buying this brand rug.
