I absolutely LOVE our Loloi rug!! It’s my favorite piece in our house. The guys who installed it for us were so professional and helpful, I didn’t have to do anything. They moved all my furniture, cut the rug pad, smoothed out the corners and put all my furniture back in. The rug is beautiful, no shedding, it lays flat and is super soft. TERRIBLE quality. Brand new rug started to unravel 3 days later and edges are super glued. Company has yet to reach out to me. Purchased through another vendor but sad that Loloi doesn’t stand by its product.
