I purchased a Loloi rug from Rugs Direct. The rug that was shipped was poorly dyed - looks like a second. Rugs Direct said Loloi told them that there were variations in color and they were not going to accept the return. The attached picture is clearly not a variation in color. The rug that was sent to me showed a distinct line of color - 1/3 being darker than 2/3. Loloi does not stand behind the products they sell. I ordered a Loloi rug in the past and they obviously do not care about customer loyalty.
I do not recommend this company. We have a hide rug that has come apart at the seams in less than 3 months. They are not backing their product and it is obviously a workmanship issue. I have another hide rug from RH that is holding up perfectly. I will not buy from this company again. Their customer service is poor because they blamed the issue on my dog or vacuum or that it is a high traffic area. None are true.
